Hours of Operation

 

Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am – 12:00 pm PST. Studio visits are by appointment only. If you would like to come say hi please email hello@carlaobee.com to set up a time. 

 

 Terms of Payment

 All online and in person orders are subject to full payment at the time of purchase. Custom and/or commissioned work is subject to a 50% nonrefundable deposit upon placement of the order. The remaining balance is due upon completion of order. You are responsible for any shipping, customs and brokerage fees.

 Shipping

 We ship all orders received by 12:00 pm on business days within 48 hours. Orders received outside of our hours of operation will be processed within the next two business days.

FREE Local Pickup/Dropoff: Item(s) can can be picked up at Penticton Studio twice weekly or by appointment. In some cases the items can be dropped of to you. You will receive an email to make arrangements.

 

Oversized Letter: This option is available for some jewelry and/or stationary purchases. The packages will be shipped via regular mail so there is no tracking and no set delivery time.

 

Expedited: Arrives within 1-7 business days of shipping date. Includes tracking number and $100 insurance. Tracking number will be emailed once the item(s) are shipped.

 

Xpresspost:  Arrives within 1-5 business days of shipping date. Includes tracking number and $100 insurance. Tracking number will be emailed once the item(s) are shipped.

 

International Shipping

 

USA

 

USPS Small Packet US Air:  This option does not include tracking. There is no set delivery time. Customs can slow down shipping times.

 

USPS Expedited & Xpresspost: Arrives within 1-7 business days of shipping date. Includes tracking. Tracking number will be emailed once the item(s) are shipped. Customs can slow down shipping times.

 

International Shipping outside of the USA: Arrives within 1-21 days of shipping date depending on location. Customs can slow down shipping times.

 

Carla O’Bee Art & Design is not responsible for any customs fees involved with the delivery of packages for international orders.

 

 Refunds

We happily accept returns and exchanges of non-sale items within 14 days of the delivery of your item(s) for a full refund. If you have any issues with your order and before you send anything back, please contact us at hello@carlaobee.com so we can work out the best solution. If we agree you should send an item back in order to receive a refund or exchange, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.


Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. 

 No refunds will be given for custom and/or commissioned work.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
